52:27BBBB-17 Required amount of relief aid. 19. Notwithstanding any law, rule, or regulation to the contrary, the amount of consolidated municipal property tax relief aid and energy tax receipts property tax relief aid paid to a municipality in need of stabilization and recovery shall not be less than the amount certified for the municipality in the Certification of State Aid for Calendar Year 2016 and Fiscal Year 2017 Budgets issued by the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs.
