52:27C-50. Appropriation for local purpose plans The sum of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) is hereby appropriated from any moneys in the State treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the preparation of local purpose plans and specifications in accordance with allotments to be made pursuant to this act.
