52:27C-71.1 Executive Director. 31. The commission shall be under the supervision of an Executive Director, who shall receive such salary as shall be fixed by the commission and who shall be a person qualified by training and experience to direct the work of the commission. Whenever, in any law, rule, regulation, order, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding or otherwise, reference is made to the Commissioner of the Department of Commerce and Economic Development or the Chief Executive Officer and Secretary of the commission, the same shall mean and refer to the 'New Jersey Commerce Commission.'
