52:27D-106. Reference to bureau of recreation in department of environmental protection to mean in department of community affairs With respect to the functions, powers and duties hereby transferred to the Department of Community Affairs, whenever in any law, rule, regulation, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding or otherwise, reference is made to the Bureau of Recreation in the Department of Environmental Protection, the same shall mean and refer to the Bureau of Recreation in the Department of Community Affairs.
