Transfer of New Jersey mortgage finance agency to department of community affairs The New Jersey Mortgage Finance Agency as established in the Department of Banking by P.L.1970, c. 38 (C. 17:1B-4 et seq.) is continued and transferred to the Department of Community Affairs.
