52:27D-118.1. Definitions As used in this act: a. 'Director' means the Director of the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs; b. 'Qualifying municipality' means each municipality in the State which received State aid pursuant to P.L.1978, c. 14; c. 'Approved program' means a program, project, or municipal services approved by the director pursuant to the Safe and Clean Neighborhoods Program established by this act. L.1979, c. 118, s. 1, eff.
