52:27D-118.41. Fund recipients may anticipate State aid Notwithstanding any provisions of the 'Local Budget Law,' N.J.S.40A:4-1 et seq., any municipality that receives funds pursuant to this act may anticipate the receipt of the amount of State aid as shall be certified to it by the director and may file any amendment or corrections in its local budget as may be required to properly reflect that State aid.
