Construction to be in accordance with radon hazard code standards No construction permit shall be issued for the construction of any new school or residential building in a tier one area, except after submission to the construction official of documentation sufficient to establish that the construction will be in accordance with the radon hazard code standards adopted pursuant to section 1 of this act.
