52:27D-132.5 Post-occupancy structural inspector, American Society of Civil Engineers protocols, similar, good faith performance of duties, civil liability, injury, prohibited. 4. A post-occupancy structural inspector who performs the duties set forth in section 3 of P.L.2023, c.214 (C.52:27D-132.4) in good faith and pursuant to the protocols adopted by the American Society of Civil Engineers, or similar protocols by another nationally recognized structural engineering association, shall not incur any civil liability for injury associated with any inspection undertaken by the structural inspector.L.2023, c.214, s.4.
