52:27D-141.5 Installation of solar energy system. 5. If the prospective owner accepts, pursuant to a written contract, the developer's offer to install, or to provide for the installation of, a solar energy system into the dwelling unit, then the developer shall install, or provide for the installation of, a solar energy system into the dwelling unit prior to the completion of the construction of that unit.
