52:27D-226. Breathing apparatus Based on the information obtained in section 3 of this act, a member of a fire company shall wear a self-contained positive pressure breathing apparatus when responding to or abating a fire or an explosion. L. 1986, c. 142, s. 5, eff. Nov. 6, 1987.
