52:27D-25a. Definitions 1. As used in this act: a. 'Division' means the Division of Fire Safety established by section 2 of this act. b. 'Commissioner' means the Commissioner of the Department of Community Affairs. c. 'Department' means the Department of Community Affairs. d.
