52:27D-25c. Director 3. The division shall be under the immediate oversight of a director who shall administer and enforce the provisions of this act, subject to the supervision and control of the commissioner, and who shall perform other duties as directed by the commissioner or as provided by law. The director shall be appointed by the Governor, with the advice and consent of the Senate, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Governor.
