52:27D-29.19. Guidelines The commissioner shall prepare guidelines under which the county offices on aging, established pursuant to P.L.1970, c. 248 (C. 40:23-6.38 et seq.), shall implement the Home Delivered Meals Expansion Program. The guidelines shall require: a. The county offices on aging to solicit proposals from existing home delivered meals providers interested in participating in the Home Delivered Meals Expansion Program; and b. The county offices on aging to review the proposals and approve and fund, within the limits of moneys allocated to them, proposals which best meet the objectives of the program.
