52:27D-29.2. Public policy It is hereby declared to be public policy of the State of New Jersey to encourage and support, as hereinafter provided, the promotion, planning, development, implementation and maintenance of adequate recreational programs, on the local level, for those people of the State of New Jersey who are 60 years of age or older.
