52:27D-29.26. Powers The Commissioner of the Department of Community Affairs, on behalf of the center and with the concurrence of Rutgers, The State University, is authorized to: a. Apply for and accept grants of money available for the purposes of this act from the federal government or other sources; and b. Accept gifts, grants and bequests of funds from individuals, foundations, corporations, governmental agencies and other organizations and institutions. L. 1988, c. 139, s. 4.
