52:27D-29.3. Definitions For the purposes of this act: (a) 'Local governmental unit' shall mean and include any county or municipality. (b) 'Director' shall mean the Director of the Division on Aging in the Department of Community Affairs. (c) 'Commissioner' shall mean the Commissioner of the Department of Community Affairs.
