52:27D-29.33 Definitions. 2. As used in this act: 'County office on aging' means a county office on aging which is also designated as an area agency on aging for funding under the 'Older Americans Act of 1965,' Pub.L.89-73 (42 U.S.C. s.3001 et seq.). 'Director' means the Director of the Division of Aging Services in the Department of Human Services. 'Senior citizen' means a person 60 years of age or older.
