52:27D-297. Conformity to standards The commissioner shall consult with the New Jersey State Job Training Coordinating Council established pursuant to Executive Order No. 22, dated December 3, 1982, the Department of Labor and other appropriate State agencies to ensure that job training and other services provided at the job training and resource center established pursuant to this act conform to the applicable State and federal standards.
