Prior law applicable Until August 1, 1988, any municipality may continue to regulate development pursuant to a zoning ordinance in accordance with section 49 of the 'Municipal Land Use Law,' P.L. 1975, c. 291 (C. 40:55D-62) as same read before the effective date of this act. L. 1985, c. 222, s. 31, eff. July 2, 1985, operative July 2, 1985.
