52:27D-360.9 Posting of information. 2. The Department of Community Affairs shall require each continuing care retirement community in this State to post the information made available by the Department of Health pursuant to section 1 of P.L.2015, c.115 (C.52:27D-360.8) in a conspicuous public place in the facility no later than August 1 of each year.
