Limitation on grants Each neighborhood housing services corporation or umbrella corporation which fulfills the qualifications set forth in section 8 of this act may apply for a grant in an amount not to exceed one-third of its annual operating budget or $50,000.00 for each neighborhood housing services program, whichever is less.
