52:27D-421. Central registry 16. The commissioner shall establish a central registry for the receipt and maintenance of all reports of suspected abuse, neglect and exploitation of vulnerable adults. The department shall compile and maintain in the central registry demographic data on vulnerable adults, Statewide statistics related to abuse, neglect and exploitation and other information submitted by county adult protective services providers.
