52:27D-43.24b Establishment of trust fund. 3. The Department of Children and Families shall establish a trust fund for the deposit of the fees collected pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1993, c.188 (C.52:27D-43.24a). The moneys from the trust fund shall be used for the specific purpose of providing grants-in-aid to programs for displaced homemakers as identified by the Division on Women in the Department of Children and Families pursuant to section 3 of P.L.1979, c.125 (C.52:27D-43.20).
