52:27D-43.24c. Rules, regulations 4. The Commissioner of the Department of Community Affairs in accordance with the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary to implement this act including rules and regulations establishing eligibility requirements for programs for displaced homemakers to receive the grants-in-aid.
