52:27D-437.20 Rules, regulations. 8. a. The Commissioner of Community Affairs, in accordance with the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), shall adopt rules and regulations to effectuate the provisions of P.L.2021, c.182 (C.52:27D-437.16 et al.). Additionally, as soon as possible following the enactment of P.L.2021, c.182 (C.52:27D-437.16 et al.), the commissioner shall take steps necessary to ensure that municipal officials are informed of the responsibilities of municipalities established by P.L.2021, c.182 (C.52:27D-437.16 et al.). b.
