52:27D-502 'Commission,' 'local unit' defined. 2. For the purposes of this act: 'Commission' means the 'Local Unit Alignment, Reorganization, and Consolidation Commission' established pursuant to section 3 of P.L.2007, c.54 (C.52:27D-503).
