52:27EE-54 Division of Rate Counsel; transfer of powers and duties. 54. Division of Rate Counsel; transfer of powers and duties. All functions, powers, and duties which had been vested in the Division of Rate Counsel in the Department of the Public Advocate are hereby transferred to and assumed by the Division of Rate Counsel in, but not of, the Department of the Treasury. Whenever, in any law, rule, regulation, order, reorganization plan, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding, or otherwise, reference is made to the Division of Rate Counsel in the Department of the Public Advocate, the same shall mean and refer to the Division of Rate Counsel in, but not of, the Department of the Treasury.
