52:27G-25.1. Office of the Public Guardian for Elderly Adults, duties 27. The Office of the Public Guardian for Elderly Adults shall conform and implement procedures necessary to comply with the requirements of P.L.1991, c.201 (C.26:2H-53 et al.), and shall make a written statement of its obligations under that act available to the public.
