52:27H-21.12. Fees The division may charge any fees to eligible businesses as are reasonable and necessary for the provision of technical or other assistance under this act. The division may contract with any person to provide technical or other assistance to eligible businesses on a discounted fee basis or otherwise, or it may provide these services directly.
