52:27H-21.16. Functions transferred The functions of the Office of Small Business Assistance and the Office of Minority Business Enterprises are transferred to the Division of Development for Small Businesses and Women's and Minority Businesses and the provisions of the 'State Agency Transfer Act,' P.L. 1971, c. 375 (C. 52:14D-1 et seq.) shall apply to the transfer.
