52:27H-22.2c. Report The Department of Commerce and Economic Development shall submit a report to the Senate Revenue, Finance and Appropriations Committee and the Assembly Appropriations Committee on the projected costs and planned activities of the New Jersey State Trade Office established by this act, including an enumeration of costs by type, prior to expenditure of any funds appropriated by this act.
