52:27H-37 Authority's powers relative to convention center project. 9. The authority shall have the power to acquire, own, lease, operate, maintain, transfer and sell the convention center project in the city of Atlantic City and to promote and market the city of Atlantic City in such manner as it shall determine to be in furtherance of the purposes of P.L.1981, c.459 (C.52:27H-29 et seq.).
