52:27H-74. Benefits available to qualified business Except as otherwise specified in this act, a qualified business in an enterprise zone shall be eligible to receive from among those benefits authorized in sections 16 through 20 of this act as are determined by the authority. The authority shall state in writing to the qualifying municipality at the time of designation its determinations as to which of those benefits are to apply in an enterprise zone.
