52:35B-10 Proceedings, records, contracts accessible to public. 42. All proceedings, records, contracts, and other public records relating to procurement transactions authorized under P.L.2021, c.71 (C.52:35B-1 et al.) shall be accessible to the public pursuant to P.L.1963, c.73 (C.47:1A-1 et seq.), except as otherwise may be provided under P.L.2021, c.71 (C.52:35B-1 et al.).
