52:9H-42 Report on tax levy caps to Governor, Legislature. 15. On or before January 15, 2012, the New Jersey Tax and Fiscal Policy Study Commission created by P.L.2007, c.43 (C.52:9H-39 et seq.) shall report to the Governor and Legislature, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), evaluating the efficacy of the tax levy caps and making recommendations.
