52:9J-7. Commission previously created required to turn over material The commission created by Joint Resolution Number nine of the laws of one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, shall turn over to the commission, created by this act, any and all material which it may have relating to its studies, hearings and report to the Governor and the Legislature.
