52:9Q-13.4 Bonds negotiable. 10. Any provision of any law to the contrary notwithstanding, any bond, note or other obligation issued pursuant to P.L.2009, c.252 (C.52:9Q-13.1 et al.) shall be fully negotiable within the meaning and for all purposes of Title 12A, Commercial Transactions, of the New Jersey Statutes, and each holder or owner of such a bond or other obligation, or of any coupon appurtenant thereto, by accepting such bond or coupon, shall be conclusively deemed to have agreed that such bond, obligation, or coupon is and shall be fully negotiable within the meaning and for all purposes of Title 12A of the New Jersey Statutes.
