52:9R-3. Duties The committee is authorized, empowered and directed to conduct a continuing study of the system of free public schools, its financing, administration, and operations, and to make recommendations for legislative action as it deems practicable and desirable for the maintenance and support of a thorough and efficient system of free public schools.
