52:11-77. Initial members and officers of commission; terms of office The members of the Law Revision and Legislative Services Commission and its chairman and vice chairman in office on the effective date of this act shall constitute the first members and officers of the commission and shall so serve for the terms for which they were appointed to, or elected by, the former commission.
