52:14-15.107a Lieutenant Governor, salary adjustment. 7. The Lieutenant Governor, serving as the head of a principal department otherwise eligible to a salary adjustment pursuant to section 1 of P.L.1974, c.55 (C.52:14-15.107) as amended by P.L.2023, c.349 (C.52:14-15.107a et al.) shall be ineligible for such salary adjustment until the commencement of the term of office of the Governor and Lieutenant Governor inaugurated in January of 2026.L.2023, c.349, s.7.
