52:14-15.8. Form of application for deductions; rules and regulations Every disbursing officer shall have the power to prescribe the form of written application, to require the amount of each deduction to be in any fixed sum or multiple thereof and to adopt such rules and regulations as are necessary or proper to carry out the purpose of this act.
