52:14-17.32j. Eligibility for benefits 2. A qualified retiree shall be eligible for the benefits provided by P.L.1997, c.330 (C.52:14-17.32i et al.) at the time of retirement, or at the time the qualified retiree becomes eligible for Medicare. A qualified retiree receiving health benefits coverage from an employer after retirement shall be ineligible for the benefits under this act. L.1997,c.330,s.2.
