52:14-17.4. Governor as respondent; representation; record; depositions The Governor shall be the respondent and shall be designated by the name of his office only. He may designate the Attorney-General or other counsel to represent the respondent in the proceeding. The Attorney-General shall file with the Appellate Division the original or a certified copy of the record of the proceedings under review, except a transcript of the testimony which shall be filed by the appellant if the same was taken stenographically.
