52:14-6.13. Participation as sending or receiving agency; government employee interchange Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, and as hereinafter provided, any New Jersey Governmental unit is hereby authorized to participate, as either a sending agency or a receiving agency, in a program of government employee interchange with any other New Jersey Governmental unit, any Federal Governmental unit, or any State Governmental unit.
