§ 52-14-6-16

52:14-6.16. Rules and regulations The Civil Service Commission is hereby directed to issue and promulgate such rules and regulations as are necessary and appropriate to carry out the provisions of this act, and to assist any New Jersey Governmental unit to participate in government employee interchange programs pursuant to this act. Any rules and regulations issued and promulgated hereunder may be revised, repealed or amended from time to time as the Civil Service Commission may deem necessary. Any rules and regulations issued and promulgated hereunder shall be filed with the Secretary of State. L.1967, c. 77, s. 7, eff. May 31, 1967.
