52:2-5. Unauthorized use upon vehicle license plate; revocation Any person who is convicted as a disorderly person for an unauthorized use of the State Seal upon a motor vehicle license plate shall be subject to a revocation of his motor vehicle registration by the Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles in the State Department of Law and Public Safety.
