§ 52-20-13

52:20-13. Acquisition of property in Trenton The commission may acquire any property by gift, grant, purchase, condemnation or in any other lawful manner in the name of and for the use of the state, for the purpose of the administration of the state's business in the city of Trenton, in accordance with appropriations made therefor when moneys are required for the purchase.
