52:25-14. Reorganizing laboratories, storage places and office divisions The commissioner may combine or otherwise reorganize any existing laboratories, warehouses, other storage places and office divisions under his jurisdiction and control, in the department, as he may deem advisable, subject to the approval of the governor.
