52:25-16.8. Distribution of contract data The director shall annually distribute to each independent institution of higher education a list of all current contracts entered into on behalf of the State. The list shall provide information on the materials, supplies or equipment included in the contract and the prices, terms and conditions thereof. L. 1985, c. 263, s. 4.
